Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
No-shows or cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full 100% of the treatment cost.

If you are running late for your appointment, please note that your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly. To ensure you get the full experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as we strive to stay on schedule for all clients.
